Quebranta Peru Rose (2020)

100% Quebranta (related to Listan Prieto and Mollar Cano). Hand harvested, skin-maceration for 32 days. Fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks and aged a few short months before bottling. unfined, unfiltered, and zero/zero. Annual production is 750 bottles.
Visually it is pink with warm reflections. On the nose, notes of yellow flowers, banana, passion fruit infusion and wild fruits intermingle. On the palate it is dry, light presence of tannins, notable seriousness, discreet combination of notes of banana, passionfruit tea and yellow flowers.
